For those that prefer Chicken Thighs over Breast Meat, this is a delicious dish. As a TAB, this is a Baked instead of Pan Fried, therefore I use Boneless and Skinless Chicken Thighs. They Bake in a Sauce of Creme Fraiche, White Wine, Yellow Onion, Dijon and Stone Ground Mustard. Served with Herbed Couscous and Buttered Green Beans.
